After an assessment of your goals and intentions, I will work with you to teach you drills and routines to develop a fitness you can be proud of. We will work on breathing techniques influenced by Yogic pranayama practices, calisthenic (bodyweight) exercises, and active stretching flows. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, and continuously raise the bar for yourself.


What is bodyweight training?

Using no more than your own bodyweight or additional light weights, you can develop a high level of fitness without hitting the gym. All you need is a mat, your best effort, and a desire to see change.


What is bodybuilding?

This is the next level, once when you've established a fitness routine, you can take it further and begin to optimize your diet and exercise techniques to create visually the body you want to see in the mirror.
